.Eligibility Criteria-: To qualify for the VLIR-UOS Scholarships, candidates must:
• Be nationals and residents of one of the eligible countries at the time of application.
• Be under 35 years old for initial master’s programs and under 45 for advanced programs.
• Have a professional background related to higher education, government, or civil society. Recent graduates with strong motivation can also apply.
• Not have previously received a Belgian government scholarship or enrolled in a Belgian institution before.
